League LIVE game action. The Scottsdale
Vipers a new team for 2012 will play the
West Valley Head Hunters. Mark Womack is
the owner head coach of the Vipers, his
son Chris is the QB. Together they bring
a strong first year team to the field.
The Vipers opened with a win in their
first game and lost in week two in
Tucson to the powerful Demons.
The Head Hunters led by head coach JR
Alcantar are 2-1 and on the way to
becoming a dominating team. Both squads
will bring a hard hitting defense to the
field. The offenses will have to try to
survive the pounding and find a way to
control the tempo.

League LIVE game action. This week the
Paradise Valley Crusaders will host the
Flagstaff Hitmen. The Crusaders are in
their 4th season and have a husband and
wife team as owners and coaches. Lynn
Autry is the Head Coach and husband
Byron is the OC. In 2011, the Crusaders
went 10-0 and were the League's regular
season Champions. Byron and Lynn are a
true football family. They actually
played together on an AzFL team. He a
running back and she a WR/DB.
The Flagstaff Hitmen are also a husband
and wife team. The owners are Jeremiah
and Jaime Smith. Jeremiah is the Head
Coach and Jaime is the GM. This is their
tenth year of play. Jaime started the
Hitmen while she was attending Northern
Arizona University. The Hitmen went
undefeated during the regular season in
their first year 2003.
Both teams have had a high rate of
success in helping players get into
college football. The Hitmen v CRU games
have developed into an intense rivalry.
This promises to be an exciting hard
hitting game. Come watch at Thunderbird
High School or join us live on the Radio

week two of the top ranked teams coming
into the 18th AzFL
season face each other after winning
their opening games. The Southwest
Stampede will host the West Valley Head
Hunters LIVE at 8PM on KXXT 1010 AM.
The Stampede are based in the
Goodyear/Avondale area while the Head
Hunters are from El Mirage/Surprise.
Head Coaches are Anthony Labarbera for
Stampede and JR Alcantar for Head
Hunters.

8PM Tempe Predators vs Flagstaff
Hitmen
Join the AZ Sports Network crew as they
bring you the game from the opening kick
off to the final whistle. Flagstaff and
Head Coach Jeremiah Smith will challenge
Tempe and Head Coach Ruben Arvizu.
Both teams have played each other many
times over the years, taking turns
knocking each other out of the playoffs.
This will be a physical battle and the
turnovers will be the difference. The
Preds and Hitmen had short pre-seasons
and will be using the opening game to
get their squads ready for the run to
the State Championship.
